# About Us

![Fairman Family 2024 v1](https://www.northlandpoint.com/hubfs/Fairman%20Family%202024%20v1.jpg "Fairman Family 2024 v1")

I am a people and profit-focused business leader with a successful track record of delivering results across multiple verticals, clients and locations.

I am currently looking to identify a company to acquire, operate and grow for the long term.

I am known for:

- Driving growth and innovation through collaborative strategy development and flawless execution
- Meeting and exceeding financial expectations through a client centric focus and P&L accountability
- Building a successful results-oriented culture while empowering people to perform at their highest level

My wife, Kyle, and I are Iowa natives, with two children, Brekken and Paige.  In our spare time, we enjoy spending time at the cabin, boating, traveling and supporting all of our kids sporting activities.
